By using MusicTube, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Service Description

MusicTube is an independent iPhone and CarPlay app that helps users browse and play music-related content associated with the YouTube account they choose to connect.

MusicTube is not affiliated with Google or YouTube. Access to Google and YouTube services remains subject to the separate terms and policies of those services.

Google and YouTube Account Access

• You are responsible for the Google account you choose to connect.
• You may disconnect the app at any time by signing out or revoking access through your Google account settings.
• You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the app complies with the terms that apply to your Google and YouTube accounts.

Permitted Use

• Use MusicTube only for lawful personal use.
• Do not attempt to interfere with the app, abuse external APIs, or bypass platform restrictions.
• Do not use the app in a way that violates the terms of any third-party service accessed through it.

Availability and Changes

MusicTube may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. Feature availability can also depend on your Google account status, API availability, Apple platform capabilities, and network access.

Third-Party Content and Services

MusicTube displays content and metadata provided by third-party services. The app developer does not control the continued availability, accuracy, or licensing status of that third-party content.

Disclaimers

MusicTube is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer of MusicTube will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.

Termination

You may stop using MusicTube at any time. Access to Google and YouTube data through the app can also end if you sign out, revoke authorization, remove the app, or if external platform access changes.

These terms may be updated from time to time. The latest published version on this site will be treated as the current version.
